Description

Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life in our vacation home for up to 4 people. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the location directly on the North Sea dyke of the Warwerort bathing area not far from Büsum. The furnishings of the vacation home let you dive straight into vacation mode.

The Wöhrdener Loch nature reserve and the links course of the Büsum-Dithmarschen golf course on one side, the lively and charming town of Büsum and The James soccer golf course on the other are just a few minutes away.

Your vacation home is located on a 700m2 large, ingrown plot directly behind the dyke at the Warwerort bathing area. The house is located in a quiet, mainly owner-occupied vacation home area.

The 74m2house offers:

  • A large bedroom with a double bed 2.00 x 2.00 m (can also be used as a single bed), a 65'' TV and illuminated terrace.
  • A small bedroom with a double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m. 
  • A living room with fireplace and 55'' TV as well as a separate dining area with a 1.20m round dining table and a wind and weather-protected illuminated terrace with a 1.50m round dining table and comfortable chairs.
  • A bathroom with a shower, with a mirrored cabinet and spacious drawers and a hairdryer.
  • A fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, hot air fryer, coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, blender, hand blender, cutlery and crockery) with separate counter and 2 seats.
  • All windows and patio doors of the house have insect screens as well as roller blinds and shutters.
  • The bedrooms also have blackout curtains. 
  • The garden is equipped with loungers and a rocking chair and has a 16m2 chill house for relaxing, reading, playing games or doing puzzles. ATTENTION: Our 1000-piece WASGIJ? puzzles are addictive!

Additionally:

  • The whole house has underfloor heating
  • A fireplace in the living room makes cool days cozy
  • Bed linen and two towels (no beach towels!) per person are included in the price
  • A steam straightener for refreshing clothes
  • Two parking spaces at the house
  • Covered entrance area
  • Hallway with wardrobe
  • Storage room

There is no washing machine in the house. On request we are happy to provide an emergency laundry service (10€ per wash incl. drying or 5€ for dryer use).

We are also happy to lend out our private electric bicycles and a gas barbecue

General information:

The house is a non-smoking house. Please understand that we will charge a renovation fee of 1000€ for non-compliance as well as compensation for lost rental income.

In the area, a midday rest period is common from 12:30 to 14:30.

Should a mishap occur, please let us know immediately. There is a solution for everything and therefore no reason to spoil your vacation mood.

Even if we assume that this case does not occur - for the sake of completeness:

In case of wanton destruction or violation of the booking conditions (such as stay of more than the officially booked persons), we have the right to terminate your stay with immediate effect without compensation and charge any resulting costs.

To see is the large bedroom with focus on the bed. A double bed lovingly decorated with blue pillows and blankets. Two nightstands with lamps stand at the sides. A light switch is embedded in the wood. The wall where the bed stands is painted beige.

Büsum is now the center of our lives. Andreas runs The James soccer golf course in Büsumer Deichhausen. Bruno also "works" there as our CWO - Chief Wellbeing Officer. Petra works in Hamburg and is here at the weekend to welcome you when you arrive. We wish you a warm welcome!
